Each booking is for one pet, with its name and species, so reception always knows who’s next.
They pay at the desk, and unpaid owners are flagged to reception when they check in and called in once you confirm cash, UPI or card. Online payment by UPI or card is available on request, through your own payment account. Invoicing stays in your existing software.
Reception adds them as an emergency walk-in, which goes ahead of the queue. Waiting owners’ times update automatically.
