Do customers need to download an app or pay anything?
No. Customers book and watch the queue from a link in their browser. Tokn is paid for by the business.
Does it replace our booking or practice-management software?
No. Tokn runs the front of the visit (bookings, the live queue and arrival nudges) alongside what you already use. Records, notes and billing stay where they are. Connecting Tokn to your existing software, directly or through Zapier, is coming soon.
What happens when we run late?
Reception flags the delay with one tap and every waiting customer’s countdown updates, so they leave home later instead of waiting at the counter.
How do walk-ins work?
Reception adds them in a couple of taps. They join the same queue using the walk-in priority rule you choose, and booked customers’ times adjust automatically.
How long does setup take?
Usually a day. For founding businesses we load your services, hours and staff for you and build your booking page before you pay anything.
What if the internet drops at the front desk?
The receptionist console keeps working offline for check-ins and walk-ins, and syncs as soon as the connection returns.
Why is the price different in my country?
Each region is priced for its own market and billed in its own currency, rather than converted from one price list.
