No. Tokn handles bookings, the live queue and arrival nudges. Charts, imaging and billing stay where they are.
They pay at the desk, and unpaid patients are flagged to reception when they check in and called in once you confirm cash, UPI or card. Online payment by UPI or card is available on request, through your own payment account. Invoicing stays in your existing software.
Yes. Bundle services at one price, like “Check-up + Clean + X-ray” or a whitening course, with how long it stays valid. Your booking page shows what’s included and the saving. You sell the package at the desk; each visit is booked as usual.
