For physio & allied health
Clients book the right session length online, see if you’re running behind and arrive ready — so a 45-minute initial doesn’t eat the next three follow-ups.
Sound familiar?
A thorough assessment is good care, but it pushes every follow-up after it.
A gap opens at short notice and there’s no easy way to tell the next person they can come early.
In a small practice, the physio answers the phone between sessions.
How Tokn helps
Keep your practice software for notes and invoicing. Tokn handles booking and the day-of queue.
Initials, follow-ups and longer treatments each book the right amount of time.
Clients see when their practitioner is behind and leave home later.
A booking link for your website and socials, so fewer calls interrupt treatment.
On Professional, each physio, chiro or podiatrist keeps their own list and schedule.
Attach prep notes to a service, like “wear loose clothing” or “bring your scans”.
Booking asks for a name and mobile only.
Your door QR code
No integration project and no app for anyone to download. The moment you finish setup, Tokn gives you a printable QR sign for your door, counter and window.
