We already have online booking. Why add Tokn?
Most booking tools stop once the appointment is made. Tokn shows the live queue on the day, so patients know when to actually arrive.
Do patients pay through Tokn?
No. Tokn doesn’t take payments. Keep using your existing terminal or online payments; Tokn handles bookings, the live queue and arrival nudges.
Does Tokn store medical information?
No. Tokn stores a name, mobile number and booking details. Clinical records stay in your clinical software.
