Booking tools manage the appointment, and some show a place in the queue once a patient has checked in. Tokn works from home: patients watch the live queue and get a nudge when it’s time to leave, so they arrive when they’ll actually be seen.
They pay at the desk, and unpaid patients are flagged to reception when they check in and called in once you confirm cash, UPI or card. Online payment by UPI or card is available on request, through your own payment account. Invoicing stays in your existing software.
